Actually sometimes i just think bout friendship problems such as being hated by the class or something like that........ Sad how do i avoid all these.My friends all ask me to think bout other things but how????I am just not confident enough........

Now, this process is one of the hardest ones.

You need to build your confidence. find some way. Do a sport you love. Hang with friends. But sitting in your house will only destory it not build it.


I also think that you are thinking WAY to much about this 'class hates me' thing. I highly doubt that they hate you. See as teens we judge my looks and character. So if you are in the corner and refuse to talk to anyone, well that is your fault. When you have gruop projects you need to particapate and talk. Thats how you make friends within your class. And you need to do that.

Hey Smile

Firstly I would like to say that I am sure nobody hates you, but if you are having problems in school or at class then you are not alone. It happens to nearly everybody at a time in their life, be it at school, in a group of friends or many other social situations. So remember you are not alone.
The people who say or do things to people are normally angry or down about something in their own life. They do this in an attempt to make themselves feel better about it or to feel big.

Confidence is something that has to be built over time. Like chris said, joining a group of any kind out of school is always a good start. It can be anything, if you have any specific interests that would help. Maybe swimming, a book club or martial art, it can be literally anything. But if you feel nervous about going to this group for the first time, either go with a friend or just make yourself do it. You do not have anything to lose and you will probably leave at the end of the day feeling really god about it.

Another way you can feel more confident and better about yourself is to practice being kind and caring to those around you. You will be surprised how the warmth of helping someone in need can reflect back onto you.

One thing you can also do is right your name at the top of a bit of paper and draw a line down the middle. On one side, wight one thing you dislike about yourself and on the other write 3 things which are positive about your personality or self. After, throw the one thing you dislike about yourself away and keep the other somewhere which it won't get lost. Everyone has something which can be respected about themselves and we should be aware of it.

Being around good friends and family will also help you with confidence, stikr up conversations andget involved.
