Well, im alittle confused right now. You said : I really want to know what its like to kiss ANOTHER girl and i was thinking about kissing her". Now, was does that mean. What i am getting out of this is that you already have a girlfriend. In that case you should not do what your thinking about doing. But, if you do not have a girlfriend, and you really like her but your affriad of messing up your friendship then you should test her alittle bit. Try to find out if she has feelings for you and you may ask yourself, how can i do that and i am going to tell you.
See if she holds hands with ANY other guy. If she does not then you know that there is some kind of feeling she has for you. Now, you cant really judge/test to see if she says she loves you to anyother guy because most of the time all girls say that to everyone. I know girls that walk up to strangers and tell them they love them.
So, you need to start testing this girl to really find out whats going on and what feelings are being shared. And if you do truely believe that she likes you then you should move in SLOWLY! start with the peck on the cheek one day. And if she likes it and she gives some effort back, then maybe consider going the whole way one day.
